Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from SRD Lights.

To be eligible for a refund, please return your product within 7 calendar days of purchase. The product must be undamaged and in its original, resalable condition, including the packaging. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style, model etc) may be provided.

For any online or in-store purchase where you have proof of purchase, and the return meets our policy, we will be able to process an exchange (if available) or refund in-store.

For change of mind refunds, postage charges will not be refunded.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit.

If the product is damaged, you lack a tax invoice, or the return is initiated after 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. A 20% restocking fee applies to items that do not meet these conditions. Please note that special items are non-returnable. SRD Lights reserves the right to refuse returns for non-faulty goods.
